This site exists for one purpose and that is to provide you with real slendertone reviews. I personally own an ab belt and love it. So I’ve gone round the web and collected some of the reviews I found, both good and bad.
One cool tip I’ve picked up along the way is how to reuse the gel pads. Over time they will lose their stickiness and this prompts many people to go out and buy new ones, however there is a quick trick that takes just 10 minutes which restores them to their former stickiness. All you need is a bit of rubbing alcohol or some aftershave if you’re in a pinch, apply this to the sticky side and you’ll easily remove all the grime, grease and hairs that have built up, let it dry and it’ll be as good as new. Many people don’t realize that the loss of stickiness comes from dirt that just builds up on the pads, but if you clean it all off you won’t need to buy new ones. I’ve been doing this for over 5 years and have saved myself a lot of money.
Anyway, without further ado, here are some of the reviews I’ve picked up over time.
I exercise all the time but after 4 years of trying different things I haven’t been able to improve my abs. I was recommended slendertone by a friend of mine and it has worked miracles. But let me just say, you have to have commitment to make it work, you can’t just wear it once or twice, you have to put in the effort, that is wear it on a regular basis or it won’t work. My wife gave up very quickly and didn’t see any results. Myself, I have been using it consistently and for the first time in my life I can actually see my abs and I can feel their strength when I do my crunches. One more thing, slendertone won’t make belly fat disappear, it only builds the muscle, I recommend cardio work outs, go for a run or a long walk if you need to burn the fat
The Slendertone unit is well built, I like the quality, it seems it will last a long time. I like how the batteries are rechargeable via a charger they supply. You have to keep using it daily to see results, don’t just give up. There is a tingling sensation that can be adjusted, it doesn’t hurt. Overall I’m extremely satisfied with slendertone.
I’ve been going to the gym for years and never got true definition around my abs. I wasn’t sure if this would work, but it does!!! I’m happy I bought it and would highly recommend.
So… I’ve had this for about 5 weeks now, there’s no doubt in my mind that slendertone exercises your muscles. I’m not great with instructions so I just put it on a whacked up to level 6 so I guess I accelerated the process quite a bit. After a couple of days however, my obliques (side muscles) ached quite a lot. So I decided to turn it down and the aching has gone away, but I can sure tell its doing something. Do I have a six pack? Yes! After 5 weeks of 30 mins a day I’ve gotten results that I’m really happy with. My body fat is currently 11%, if I can get that down with some cardiovascular exercises I’m sure my abs will be even more defined.
Slendertone works well for me but I found the instructions a little lack luster, it doesn’t tell you where to place the pads exactly or whaat the different programs do.
I work out, lets make that clear. I go to the gym approximately 4 times a week. I do a range of exercises including weights, cardio and core workouts. So far I’ve been able to get a pretty good physique in most areas of my body. My upper abs are in shape but I’ve struggled with my lower abs. Slendertone has helped with this tremendously.
I use it for about 20 mins on a low intensity of around 15to 20 every morning (lower abs). After each use I can feel the difference. Its a feeling far greater than any exercise I’ve been doing.
To those that are skeptical. You have to use it for a while to see results, also if you have a lot of body fat you won’t be able to see your abs, slendertone will build them regardless, but it won’t burn fat, you have to do cardio if you want to see them.
I would recommend this my friends as I’m finding it very good for my tummy muscles. It’s an easy alternative to going to the gym.
Does what it says on the tin… Slendertone builds your abs, you’ve just got to make sure that you follow though with the instructions.
I bought slendertone a year ago and I still use it religiously for 30 minutes every day. After 2 months I noticed a big difference and got a really flat stomach. I’ve started going to the gym several times a week and now I’m beginning to see the abs coming through. I often wear the belt whilst watching TV or when I’m ironing.
